Sporty attachment parts for the CLA and exclusive wheel hub covers from Mercedes-AMG

Mercedes-AMG further expands its range of accessories: after the corresponding line-up for the C- and A-Class, the Affalterbach-based company also now offers sporty attachments for the updated CLA model. At the same time, exclusive all new wheel hub covers which tell the story of the performance brand are now available.
Sporty appearance for the updated CLA model: the new attachment parts further enhance the dynamic looks of the CLA 250
Sport (4MATIC) and all other CLA models with the AMG Line option. The new offering from Mercedes-AMG comprises a total of four attachments for the bodywork, and sporty side stripes. The attachments are manufactured using deep-draw technology and always come in high-gloss black – ideal for a sporty appearance. The high-quality surface finish eliminates the need for painting and as a result the attachments can be installed without additional expense. A short installation time thanks to easy handling was a top priority already during the development of the AMG accessories. The sporty side stripes are applied as a film below the dropping line of the Coupé and Shooting Brake. All components will be available at authorised sales outlets starting mid-July.

Brand history in miniature form: the new Mercedes-AMG wheel hub covers are now available at authorised sales outlets. Their emblem depicts the three pillars of the successful performance brand. A tree by a river stands for the company's location in Affalterbach (old German: "apple tree by the creek"). Cam lobe, valve and valve spring symbolise engine construction and motor racing technology.
The exclusive wheel hub covers are manufactured with great love of detail: the various black and grey hues are applied to the aluminium using a silk-screen printing process before it is embossed to become an emblem. The emblems are then sealed with a clear coat and applied to a plastic base. The individual elements can be felt as they are embossed – a special 3-D effect. Apart from offering a special appearance, they also keep the wheel hubs from getting dirty. The Mercedes-AMG wheel hub covers fit all light-alloy wheels previously equipped with standard wheel hub covers (diameter: 70 mm). The set of four Mercedes-AMG wheel hub covers comes in a deluxe presentation box.
